GETTING A WILL OR LIVING TRUST

Florida statue's  lays out a   generic  destination of assets, if your die without  a will.  The states will not take your assets.  However,  it  dose not offer any protection for assets going to irresponsible  people or special needs beneficiaries.    It dose not properly  address issues dealing with young minors.  Living will handle very sensitive issues of whether you want to be provided with pro long life,  treatments and food and fluids at the very end of life.  By preparing a living will,  you express your wishes, saving others from making these painful decisions for you.  There are also several different trust that you might consider depending on your issues, such as Revocable Will,  Irrevocable  Will and Trust such as Supplement Trust, Spendthrift Trust and Charitable Trust.  Research these titles  before contacting your lawyers, so you will have a better conversation.
